2.1 "Content" in this Agreement refers to all forms of data, media, text, graphics, software, code, scripts, and interactive elements accessible through the Services, whether created by NimbusCloud or uploaded by users.
2.2 Content uploaded, submitted, or shared by users (referred to as “User Content”) is the sole responsibility of the person who generated it. You warrant that all User Content provided by you is accurate and complies with all applicable laws and regulations. Accessing any Content through the Services is done at your own risk, and we disclaim any liability for content accuracy or reliability. We do not guarantee that any material made available through the Services is error-free, safe, or current.
3.1 You agree to use the Services lawfully and only as permitted by these Terms. You are accountable for any action you take using the Services.
3.2 You may not upload, transmit, share, or distribute content via the Services that:
(i) is illegal, threatening, harassing, defamatory, obscene, deceptive, or otherwise objectionable in our sole judgment;
(ii) contains false or misleading information;
(iii) involves unsolicited advertising or spam;
(iv) impersonates any individual or entity; or

We may flag such behavior as suspicious or fraudulent and suspend or terminate associated accounts without notice. The misuse of referral codes linked to identical billing profiles is also prohibited. Additionally, we may suspend an account that is the target of ongoing malicious attacks to ensure service integrity.
3.7 The above conduct rules are not exhaustive. NimbusCloud retains full authority to act against any user activity that threatens the security, stability, or integrity of the Services, other users, or third parties.
3.8 You must not violate any applicable rights, laws, or obligations, including but not limited to:
(a) laws against child exploitation;
(b) electronic forgery, phishing, or communication hijacking;
(c) violations of personal privacy;
(d) email spam regulations (e.g., CAN-SPAM Act);
(e) unauthorized data collection, especially from minors;
(f) financial fraud, securities violations, or terrorism-related activities;
(g) misleading or deceptive advertising practices.
3.9 Users must not use any strategy or workaround to avoid complying with these Terms.
3.10 Bulk email distribution is prohibited. Any action leading to an IP address from NimbusCloud being blacklisted (e.g., on Spamhaus.org) is strictly forbidden. We reserve the right to determine whether a breach of this policy has occurred.
3.11 You may not use the Services in a way that infringes on lawful privacy rights or to post defamatory content.
